H&M Manufacturing warrants its cultured marble products for a period of one year from the date of purchase to be free from manufacturing defects.
Any alterations, abuse, misuse, accidental damage or damage caused by installation voids this warranty.
Where Inspection by H&M Manufacturing discloses a manufacturing defect within the aforesaid warranty period, H&M Manufacturing will replace the defective product with a similar product. Replacement claims must be made to H&M Manufacturing at 455 German School Road, Paris, Ontario and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations, or liability, on the part of H&M Manufacturing and we do not authorize any person or representative to assume for us any obligation or liability in connection with the sales of our products.
This warranty is expressly limited to replacement as indicated above and H&M Manufacturing accepts no liability for installation costs upon replacement, taxes paid by the purchaser, or any consequential damage resulting from any manufacturing defect in its product.
