TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms: All new orders or custom orders require 1/3 down payment.
Terms of Payment: Net 30 days. Account balances unpaid after 30 days are subject to a 2% per month service charge (24% per annum).
Taxes: Extra
Shipping Damage: H&M Manufacturing will not be held responsible for shipping damage. Products should be carefully examined at time of receipt to ensure it is damage free. Any damage discovered should be noted on the freight bill and a claim filed against the carrier.
Custom Orders: All items made to order or goods made to customer's specifications are non-returnable or subject to cancellation under any circumstances.
